Job Summary
To support a collaborative and innovative corporate culture, the remote Human Resources Manager will manage employee relations, drive performance management programs, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while residing in the MT or Pacific Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to maintain positive employee relations and resolve concerns
- Drive the execution of performance and talent management programs
- Conduct investigations and counsel on employee relations issues, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of total HR experience
- Knowledge of employment laws relevant to the assigned area
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment
