Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Human Resources Manager will provide HR leadership and guidance in a remote corporate environment, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and driving key HR initiatives to support business priorities and strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with corporate leadership to resolve employee relations issues and drive business value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning to promote internal growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
- 5 to 8 years of prior Human Resources Management experience in a corporate setting
- Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes, including workforce planning and talent management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
