Job Summary

Leading the human resources function, the full-time Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues and performance management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a human resources management role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement strategies
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
