Job Summary
Leading the human resources function, the full-time Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues and performance management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a human resources management role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement strategies
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
