Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and highly organized Human Resources Manager, this full-time remote position will manage day-to-day HR operations, focusing on employee relations, leadership coaching, compliance, and operational effectiveness while collaborating on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution
- Advise managers on employee performance, corrective actions, and terminations in alignment with company policy
- Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with a strong focus on employee relations
- Experience advising managers and supporting leadership decision-making
- Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
