Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely and requiring residency in the MT or Pacific Time Zone, the full-time Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership to enhance employee relations, drive performance management programs, and manage HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and maintain positive employee relations
• Drive the execution and completion of performance and talent management programs
• Counsel and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and policy adherence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of total HR experience
• Knowledge of employment laws relevant to the assigned area preferred
• High proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
