Job Summary
To support the strategic growth of the organization, the full-time Human Resources Manager will manage talent acquisition, foster employee development, and ensure compliance with employment laws while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain relationships with external HR vendors
- Lead organizational change initiatives and design employee sentiment tools to inform leadership decisions
