Human Resources Manager
Job Summary
To support organizational growth, the full-time salaried Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in an onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and compliance
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive workplace culture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with performance management systems and employee development programs
