• Manage the HR Department team
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• 5-7+ years of complex HR experience within a rapidly growing organization
• Experience managing an HR team required
• Knowledge of US Federal, State, and Local regulations on employment practices and compliance
• Experience with the implementation of core HR technologies
