Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations initiatives and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide guidance to management on employment issues and conduct investigations
• Partner with third-party administrator to support employee leave of absence programs

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in HR project management, employee relations, and HR policy administration
• Knowledge of HR regulatory environment and compliance documentation
• Experience with employee data management and engagement
• Familiarity with human resource management systems (HRMS)
