Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager for a remote, part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Payroll & Benefits Management Platform (Gusto) and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Oversee the entire hiring process, from candidate sourcing to new hire onboarding
• Contribute to the development of the company culture by managing the culture calendar and facilitating team meetings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Experience working remotely
• Experience managing the Gusto platform
