Job Summary
Providing general Human Resources support and expertise, the full-time Human Resources Operations Manager will ensure that employees and managers receive appropriate resources and guidance regarding employment events, with the flexibility of remote work options.
Key responsibilities
- Support and guide employees and managers on HR-related matters, including hires, changes, and departures
- Manage relationships with external partners to enhance HR service delivery
- Oversee the maintenance of HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources required
- Prior experience with payroll and HRIS systems; WorkDay and ADP preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage confidential information and navigate complex employee issues
