Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding calls with new hospital partners to enhance the employee experience
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with site-specific requirements
Manage employee data and compliance records within the HR system (ADP Workforce Now)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Internship or prior experience in HR is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
