Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company in the information technology industry is looking for an HR Operations Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of information in HRIS and other people systems and tools
• Assist in implementation of new systems and tools
• Coordinate and support the interview process

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a high growth company
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS platforms
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and across several time-zones and countries
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Strong technical skills in people systems & tools
