Job Summary

A company in the information technology industry is looking for an HR Operations Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of information in HRIS and other people systems and tools
Assist in implementation of new systems and tools
Coordinate and support the interview process

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a high growth company
Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS platforms
Experience working in cross-functional teams and across several time-zones and countries
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Strong technical skills in people systems & tools
