Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Human Resources within pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in HR matters
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and levels
• Experience in core HR functions and understanding of the HR employee lifecycle
