• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Human Resources within pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgment
• Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders across various levels
• Broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle and core HR functions
