Human Resources People Partner

Job Summary

To support dynamic HR operations, the hybrid People Partner will manage employee relations case management, collaborate on business change projects, and deliver cyclical HR processes while providing expertise and support to leaders and associates across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide solutions and guidance for employee relations issues and case management queries
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to execute business change projects and ensure local HR requirements are met
• Deliver cyclical HR processes, including talent and performance management cycles, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment based on policies and practices
• Experience in core HR functions, including process design and employee administration
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and effectively influencing decision-making
