Human Resources People Partner

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, the full-time Human Resources People Partner will manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and provide guidance on people-related matters
• Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, and employee development
• Analyze workforce data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience handling employee relations matters and performance management processes
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels of the organization
