Required Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution
• At least 10 years of experience in higher education, workforce education, or related roles
• Demonstrated success in collaborating across academic and operational teams
• Industry-specific credentials and certifications may be required
• Experience in portfolio leadership across multiple credential types is preferred
