Human Resources Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Practitioner to manage employee accommodations and support requests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accommodation requests through Salesforce Lightning, ensuring timely resolution and communication
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders regarding accommodation-related inquiries
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements and company policies while ensuring data integrity in Salesforce

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in a contact center, customer service, or case management environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning or similar HR systems is a plus
