Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple HR projects, including project planning and change management
• Oversee risk management and issue resolution throughout project lifecycles
• Develop a change management framework and toolkit

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4+ years of project management experience, specifically with HR projects
• 3+ years of experience in leading change management activities
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience within human resources
• Preferred: PMP or other project management certification
• Preferred: CCMP, Prosci, or other change management certification
