Human Resources Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-impact Human Resources programs, the contract Human Resources Project Manager will manage large-scale HR transformation initiatives and partner with executive leadership to drive business transformation and process improvement remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale HR transformation and strategic business initiatives
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource plans
• Develop project charters, business cases, implementation roadmaps, and governance plans

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives
• 5+ years managing Human Resources, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, or Organizational Transformation projects
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, budgeting, and risk management
• Experience with organizational change management and business process improvement
