Human Resources Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional HR initiatives, the full-time Human Resources Project Manager will manage strategic programs from concept through implementation in a remote environment, partnering with various stakeholders to enhance organizational capabilities and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives and transformation programs, developing project charters and implementation strategies
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans, monitoring project health, budget, risks, and overall delivery performance
• Support HR transformation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and facilitating change management activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience
• 5+ years of experience leading complex HR and organizational transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in leading initiatives involving technology and process change
