Job Summary
Supporting the recruiting and onboarding process, the full-time Human Resources Representative will manage background check evaluations, respond to HR inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies while working onsite or remotely within the United States, excluding Colorado and New York City.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the background check process, including validation of applicant credentials and determining hiring suitability
- Respond to HR inquiries from associates and management, providing guidance on policies and procedures while logging interactions in a case management system
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire onboarding activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of current background check laws and compliance requirements
