Job Summary
Supporting the HR Services team, the full-time Human Resources Representative will manage background check processes, coordinate talent acquisition efforts, and respond to inquiries from various levels of associates while working remotely within the United States, excluding Colorado and New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the background screening adjudication process, including validating credentials and assessing candidate suitability for hire
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes for new hires
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from associates and management, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of current background check laws and compliance requirements
