A company is looking for a Human Resources Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead key HR projects, learning strategies, and solutions
• Manage niche enterprise level initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Manage the Leadership Development portfolio and execute initiatives to progress diversity and inclusion goals

Qualifications:

• MBA from a premiere institution preferred
• Certifications in leadership/behavioral trainings
• 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management
• Experience in designing and delivering Leadership and behavioral curricula
• Experience in building and managing relationships with internal/external stakeholders
