Human Resources Solution Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Technical Solution Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Manage various work streams, including planning and executing multiple projects/enhancements
• Document and maintain solution documentation, including technical requirements and test scripts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and HR technology
• 6+ years of solution lead experience in a corporate environment
• Strong preference for retail experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across various organizational levels
