Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to manage HR processes and support employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience
• Administer leave programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for HRIS systems and manage data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of human resources generalist experience
• A Bachelor's Degree and HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) are preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment is required
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, specifically FMLA and ADA
• Experience working with HRIS systems; Rippling experience preferred
