Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide administrative and people-operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily People & Culture operations, including maintaining employee records and data entry tasks
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Organize and manage digital files and run standard reports related to headcount and turnover trends
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-3 years of HR experience
- Preferred HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using HRIS systems like UKG Pro and familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive and collaborative approach to teamwork
