Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide administrative and people-operations support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily People & Culture operations, including maintaining employee records and data entry tasks
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Organize and manage digital files and run standard reports related to headcount and turnover trends
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-3 years of HR experience
  • Preferred HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using HRIS systems like UKG Pro and familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive and collaborative approach to teamwork
