Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide expert consultation and guidance on HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for HR operational matters in the Americas region
• Provide consultation on complex employee relations issues, including performance management and policy interpretation
• Oversee the resolution of employee-related concerns to maintain a fair and engaging work environment

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR operational excellence role or as an HR Business Partner
• A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a technology or transformative environment
• SPHR-CP/PHR certification is preferred
• Understanding of technology employees and associated talent demands is a plus
