Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support HR operations and recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
• Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative processes and maintain accurate employee records

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
• A minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting
• Life Sciences, healthcare, or startup experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred
