Job Summary

To enhance associate engagement and mitigate risk, the full-time Human Resources Specialist will manage investigations and responses to associate concerns through various communication channels, ensuring compliance with HR protocols while providing guidance to leadership on policy adherence and disciplinary actions.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct remote investigations and document findings in the Case Management system, ensuring timely and thorough responses
  • Advise leadership on corrective actions and assist in formulating action plans for potential associate issues
  • Coordinate and investigate Department of Labor claims, maintaining compliance and communication with relevant parties
Required qualifications
  • Two or more years of HR experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Some investigation experience preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity effectively
