Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time Human Resources Specialist will manage employee relations, assist with recruitment processes, and enhance HR programs in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Enhance HR programs by developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with company culture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in employee relations and recruitment processes
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
