Job Summary
To support effective associate relations and compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Human Resources Specialist will manage investigations, respond to associate concerns, and provide guidance on HR policies while collaborating with leadership and legal partners.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct remote investigations into associate concerns and manage case documentation in the Case Management system
- Advise leadership on policy adherence, corrective actions, and assist in formulating action plans for associate issues
- Coordinate and investigate Department of Labor claims, ensuring compliance and partnering with legal and finance teams as needed
Required qualifications
- Two or more years of HR experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Some investigation experience preferred
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity effectively
