To contribute to innovative AI research, the full-time remote Human Resources Specialist will develop domain-specific prompts, evaluate LLM responses, and engage in project work that enhances business communication and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop domain-specific prompts and evaluate responses from language models
• Conduct research on topics of interest while collaborating with AI research teams
• Create strategic business cases, presentations, and executive communications

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in roles such as Human Resources Assistant or Compensation and Benefits Specialist
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field (e.g., MBA, Marketing, Finance)
• Ability to work asynchronously and independently on research projects
