Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing biotech company, the full-time Human Resources Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain employee records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling and HR documentation

Required qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting
• Preferred experience in life sciences, healthcare, or startups
• Basic knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling
