Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic team, the full-time Human Resources Specialist will manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and performance management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Administer performance management processes and assist in employee development initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
