Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic team, the full-time Human Resources Specialist will manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and performance management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Administer performance management processes and assist in employee development initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
