Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist, the full-time remote role will manage the employee lifecycle, focusing on seamless onboarding and offboarding processes while cultivating positive relationships and efficiently handling HR data.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of onboarding and offboarding for supported employees, collaborating with global teams and external service providers
• Provide expert-level support to clients on HR matters, including benefits and international payroll, while managing client relationships
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and manage all HR records, including personal and contract documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of Human Resources experience required
• Business proficiency in the English language required
• Advanced knowledge of employment law
• Research-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
