Job Summary

Providing comprehensive HR support on a temporary basis, the PRN Human Resources Specialist will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and leave administration while ensuring compliance with company policies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities and facilitate new hire onboarding
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with employee relations matters
  • Administer employee leaves of absence and maintain accurate HR records
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably in multiple HR functions
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, and leave administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa
