Job Summary
Providing comprehensive HR support on a temporary basis, the PRN Human Resources Specialist will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and leave administration while ensuring compliance with company policies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities and facilitate new hire onboarding
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with employee relations matters
- Administer employee leaves of absence and maintain accurate HR records
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably in multiple HR functions
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, and leave administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa
