Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary

To support effective associate relations, the full-time Human Resources Specialist will manage investigations, ensure compliance with HR protocols, and provide guidance to leadership on policy interpretation and disciplinary actions, working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct remote investigations and manage case documentation in the Case Management system
• Advise leadership on corrective actions and assist in formulating action plans for associate issues
• Coordinate responses to Department of Labor claims and ensure compliance with established service level expectations

Required qualifications:

• Two or more years of HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Some experience in investigations preferred
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity effectively
