Human Resources Specialist
Job Summary
To support the development of AI training environments, the part-time remote Human Resources Domain Specialist will evaluate simulated HR workflows and provide actionable feedback based on real-world HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Review simulated HR environments, data, tools, and workflows for realism and completeness
- Assess and identify inaccuracies in HR processes and recommend improvements
- Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to provide feedback on project deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources or a related function
- Practical experience in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations
- Strong understanding of HR workflows, stakeholders, and business processes
- Experience with HR systems and reporting tools commonly used by HR teams
- Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, actionable feedback
