Job Summary

Evaluating simulated professional environments for AI agents, the part-time Human Resources Domain Specialist will assess the realism and completeness of HR workflows and provide actionable feedback to enhance training environments in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review simulated environments, data, tools, workflows, and tasks representing real-world Human Resources operations
• Assess the realism and usefulness of the environments from an experienced HR professional's perspective
• Provide clear, constructive recommendations for improving simulated workflows and identifying missing elements

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3-7 years of hands-on professional experience in Human Resources or a related function
• Practical experience in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations
• Strong understanding of real-world HR workflows, stakeholders, and business processes
• Experience using HR systems and reporting tools commonly used by HR teams
• Able to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, actionable feedback
