Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries
• Provide support to HR team members in recruiting, learning and development, benefits, and employee experience
• Assist with pre-employment and onboarding documentation, scheduling interviews, and managing administrative projects

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
• Strong ability in using MS Office, Slack, HR databases, and HRIS systems
• Experience with ATS software and sourcing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent desired
• 1-2 years of related HR experience including proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
