Human Resources Support Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program, the full-time Human Resources Support Specialist will coordinate human performance and family support services for Special Operations Forces personnel and their families while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, implement, and oversee human performance services to support the readiness and resilience of SOF personnel
- Develop and distribute training materials, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration among various support professionals
- Collect, analyze, and report performance data to leadership, ensuring effective communication and documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in planning and coordinating performance programs in military or SOF environments
- Current professional certification in an applicable discipline, such as Certified Athletic Trainer or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- Working knowledge of strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, and team dynamics
