Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the part-time Human Resources System Administrator will manage Workday implementations, data management activities, and process improvement initiatives in a remote contract-to-hire role.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and document processes, ensuring action tracking and follow-through on sustainment deliverables
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities while supporting post-go-live stabilization efforts
  • Provide governance support, maintain documentation standards, and assist in reporting for operational readiness
Required qualifications
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience within the Workday ecosystem
  • Exposure to Workday functional areas such as HCM Core, Compensation, or Reporting
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and project management tools
  • Process consulting experience with a focus on process improvement
  • PeopleSoft exposure is preferred but not required
