Job Summary

A company in the Human Resources industry is looking for a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist for a remote contract position.

Position Responsibilities:

Coordinate all recruiting logistics including scheduling interviews, arranging video conferences, and booking meeting space
Full cycle recruiting and sourcing passive candidates for hard to fill positions
Assist in the completion of research, name generation, and candidate sourcing

Required Qualifications:

Experience working in a corporate setting is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work
Project management experience
Experience with an ATS and sourcing passive candidates
