Job Summary

A company in the Human Resources industry is looking for a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist for a remote contract position.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all recruiting logistics including scheduling interviews, arranging video conferences, and booking meeting space
• Full cycle recruiting and sourcing passive candidates for hard to fill positions
• Assist in the completion of research, name generation, and candidate sourcing

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in a corporate setting is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work
• Project management experience
• Experience with an ATS and sourcing passive candidates
