• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
• Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to ensure recruitment excellence
• Serve as a strategic advisor and sourcing expert to align hires with business needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Human Resources discipline
• 5 years of progressive Talent and HR practice experience
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification encouraged
• Experience in Talent Delivery and Workforce Planning
• Competence in Strategic Business Development and Marketing
