Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Team Lead to oversee HR operations and support team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring efficient operations
• Partner with the VP of HR to implement HR strategies and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Promote a positive HR culture and support professional development within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of HR experience, or eight years of progressive HR experience
• Minimum of two to three years of management or supervisory experience required
• PHR Certification preferred
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
