  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding workers compensation and medical leaves
  • Analyze, interpret, and apply policies, regulations, and guidelines related to the Family and Medical Leave Act
  • Perform a full range of Human Resources duties within a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Completion of high school education
  • Strong understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act
  • Ability to analyze and apply collective bargaining agreements
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in a Human Resources environment is preferred
