- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding workers compensation and medical leaves
- Analyze, interpret, and apply policies, regulations, and guidelines related to the Family and Medical Leave Act
- Perform a full range of Human Resources duties within a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Completion of high school education
- Strong understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act
- Ability to analyze and apply collective bargaining agreements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in a Human Resources environment is preferred
