Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Technician to enhance the employee experience through customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and respond to employee and manager requests related to human resources
Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding while ensuring compliance with policies
Support HR teams in process improvements and maintain reference tools

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of HR experience with a focus on customer service
Bilingual in French to support employees in the US and Canada
Technical proficiency with various HR tools and systems
An associate's degree from an accredited university or college
SHRM accreditation and familiarity with Workday software are preferred
