Human Rights Investigations Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Rights Investigations Team Lead (Consultant).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the workflow of the Data Analysis team and oversee investigations
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new investigators and analysts
• Conduct in-depth analysis of documentation related to human rights violations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proficiency in Arabic (Syrian Arabic) and English (especially written)
• 3-5 years of research or data entry experience
• 5+ years of experience in open-source investigations
• Knowledge of Syria and the Syrian conflict, including gender-based violence
• Proficiency with OSINT tools and database software
